1. Le Clicquot Brooklyn Tour
September 19-22, 2012

Le Fooding is taking over four Brooklyn hot spots for 100% champagne dinner-performances! Expect unseen creations including, depending on the dinners, forbidden foie gras, potted plants and many other dangerously delicious dishes...

*September 19 at Vinegar Hill House: The great host Brian Leth + the famous Animal dudes, Vinny Dotolo & Jon Shook (Los Angeles, USA)

*September 20 at Frankies 457: Brooklyn pioneers Frank Castronovo and Frank Falcinelli + farm-to-table hero Sean Brock of Husk (Charleston, USA)

*September 21 at Maimonide of Brooklyn: Unfathomable NY-Paris vegan duo Neal Harden & Alain Senderens + Daniel Rose of Spring, the small American fry turned superstar in Paris, France.

*September 22 at The Intercourse: Four itinerant chefs (the nomadic Young Turks James Lowe & Isaac McHale from London, and New Yorkers Ignacio Mattos, the rebel formerly of Isa, and Hugue Dufour, the M.Wells guy)


2. Darkness with a Chance of Piperade
September 22 & 23, 2012

Each day, enjoy a cult Brooklyn movie + a sensational brunch prepared by Inaki Aizpitarte (Le Chateaubriand and Le Dauphin, Paris) and Russell Dougherty (Nitehawk Cinema, USA). Menus will feature Brooklyn's finest ingredients and Inaki's much awaited piperade!

On September 22: Saturday Night Fever, directed by John Badham.
On September 23: The Warriors, directed by Walter Hill.


3. The Luncheon in the Dust
September 22 & 23, 2012

Le Fooding invites you to go back in time with an exquisite picnic in the magical heart of the Brooklyn Flea. Magnus Nilsson (Faviken Magasinet, Sweden), Bertrand Grébaut (Septime, France) and the Van Leeuwen crew (Van Leeuwen Artisan Ice Cream, USA) will pay an avant-garde homage to vintage foods.

4. Campfire session #02
September 23, 2012

Le Grand Fooding invites MasterCard® cardholders to the Brooklyn Flea for an unforgettable fireside adventure featuring a musical line-up prepared in collaboration with Downtown Records (Mike D, Andrew Wyatt of Miike Snow and special guests such as Dave 1 of Chromeo), creative cocktails and culinary creations of various local and international chefs (such as Pierre Hermé, the Picasso of pastry!).
