Hot diggity. Occupy Wall Street are planning something big for May Day in Bryant Park and Union Square, and The L Magazine tells us that this day will include performances from all sorts of huge names. According to the L, the artists in the header might only be the tip of the iceberg, as the organizers of the event also reached out to Immortal Technique, Talib Kweli, David Byrne, The Roots and more.
In addition, there will be a pretty crazy aspect to the Tom Morello performance, which includes basically a flash mob of guitars. Only in New York, right? More info on this event, dubbed Guitarmay here.
