Our organization is holding its annual family literacy festival, Read Out Loud! We invite a diverse group of children's authors to appear at the event, reading from their books and faciliating family activities,

Could anyone recommend any NYC-resident children's authors that may have written a book in French/English and who is of African or French-Caribbean heritage to represent those families in upper Manhattan?
