Dear all, i'm traveling to NYC with my family (a couple + 2 teens) from 6th to 17th of July ...
As my apartment will be empty all summer, i'm looking for an exchange with new yorkers who would like to spend some time in Paris next summer (it can be anytime from 6th of july till end of august, and even longer than my own trip to NYC)
My apartment is a 2 bedroom flat, right in the center of the city (M° Gare de Lyon)
6th floor with elevator, very sunny and confortable;
kitchen all equipped (dish washer, over, microwave, toaster etc ...)
bath and shower / wc separated
wash/dry machine
wifi, home computer, hifi, cd and vinyle player, tv with cable
bicycle :)
the apartment is very quiet, no traffic near by, and all you will see from your windows is an alley of trees full of singing birds ...
everybody loves it, including me !
ALL the transports services are just around the corner (metro, bus, RER, train, taxis, velib, car rent)
Bastille is one station away, (7 minutes walk)
The marvelous Aligre Market is just near by; you can buy some of the best fresh food there (fruits, vegetables, cheeses, fishes, meat, italian food, arabian food ... ) but also flowers, 2nd hand clothes, antics etc ... it is opened 6 days a week, and is very cheap !
NOW, what i'm looking for is a place in NYC for 4 persons (a double bed + 2 single beds would be perfect; 1 single bed + a coach for the teens will do too)
as handy as possible for visiting Manhattan
some piece of garden, or balcony, or a great view would be amazing
