Saving a life when you're a civilian, is a beer what they would give in France? Give it up. Go for a bottle of La Grande Dame. :)

Why do you suppose that is?
On NBC News, Brian Williams said that the man jumped into a taxi and left immediately. I find that really odd. Why wouldn't he wait for a blanket, let alone to be examined after dropping into 48 degree water?
This man is a hero. I hope he can come forward and be recognized.
