A French interior design firm (Pierre Yovanovitch) is establishing its first office in NYC and is looking for its full-time Office Manager to manage all administrative functions. 

The successful candidate must be a bicultural and bilingual work authorized person with 5-6 years previous experience in an office administrative function (Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant). 

 Additional requirements are:
  • Bi-cultural and bi-lingual (French – US) with studies or work in France preferred.
  • Bachelor degree with major in art or design, ideal candidate enjoys art, architecture and interior design and is comfortable with high net worth clients.
  • Mastery of MS tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office systems (computers, telephone, internet)
  •  Able to work independently in small office, organized and precise, comfortable managing multiple tasks and delivering timely deliverables, able to set office procedures and processes, analytical (budgets, tracking projects, office expenses)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, great team player, communication with ease and grace (written and oral)
 Location: NYC upper east side
 Salary: $60K-$65K
