I am looking for a French speaking person to spend around four hours per week with my 4 1/2 year old daughter. Currently she is attending a French preschool on the Upper East Side, but we are looking to supplement her with a one-on-one experience.

My name is Jessica, I am a 31-year-old Swiss-American mother of 3. I moved to Manhattan from Switzerland in April. I am a native French and English speaker. I have a degree in Business Administration from the University of Lausanne, Switzerland, but am a stay-at-home mom and currently work as a translator (English-French-German) and as a tutor; occasionally I also babysit. I have many years of experience in tutoring in French and other subjects as well.
My 2 daughters are in school until 2:30pm during the week and my younger son is with me all the time. I would be glad to speak French with your daughter, read books with her, play games in French, etc.. I could pick her up and bring her to my apartment on E81st between 1st Av and York Av, and also go for walks, park, museum, or whatever you wish. My son will also be there, so they could interact and play together as well. He is 2 and a half and very gentle.
