Short or long term - Charming furnished studio with apparent beams, equipped kitchenette, bathtub in full bathroom, good closet space, first floor, quiet clean building, in very centrally located beautiful neighborhood with tons of restaurants, cafes, shops and amenities. There is a farmers market on Tuesdays and Fridays right nearby. Near transportation - bus right in front, and close to Metros Republique and Parmentier. All inclusive: Charges, electricity (up to a limit of 20 Euro), hot water, etc. Cable/internet/phone (phone limit). TV.

Available Immediately or August 15 - 825 Euro per month for longer periods. For shorter periods August 10-August 31st (280 Euro / week). Recommended minimum for long term periods is six months. Sleeps two.
