We need someone to pick up our kids (age 6.5 years and 3.5 years) from school/daycare in Carroll Gardens and to bring them to our home/after school activities (also in the neighborhood), Monday-Friday, 3-6:30pm (minimum 17.5 hours per week). In addition to childcare, the position requires preparing simple meals for the kids and some light housekeeping. Our kids are very interested in learning French.
We're looking for a commitment for the whole school year, so please don't apply if you are actively looking for full-time work. A college/grad student would be great.
Our ideal candidate would be someone who takes initiative and is easy-going, firm without being rigid, energetic, creative, flexible and RELIABLE.
Position starts on September 3rd, and we offer a competitive rate.
We're a pretty easy-going family with two energetic, sweet kids. We also have a cat.
