In mid-November the City Council of Paris will vote on whether to go forward with the proposed 48-story Tour Triangle in the 15eme. Paris belongs to the world, and the world loves it. Many people, including my group Americans for the Preservation of Paris (APP), believe that blighting the historic Paris skyline would be an irreparable mistake.
