Starting in September, 2011 PS 110 will launch its first kindergarten class following a dual language model. The majority of the day will be taught in French with an emphasis in building biliterate students in French and English. Madame Laura Sutton, the new kindergarten teacher, is embarking on this exciting journey together with PS 110. She brings with her 9 years of teaching experience. She has traveled abroad to Canada and Europe with students and is a member of the American Association of Teachers of French. This dynamic teacher is a perfect fit for PS 110, a school dedicated to "Growing Hearts and Minds".  This past June the school was awarded the NYSASCD "Educating the Whole Child for the 21st Century Award".  PS 110 is located at 124 Monitor Street in Greenpoint, Brooklyn.
