Dear friends, teachers, parents, students, poetry lovers,

I recently had the pleasure to illustrate some of Jean de La Fontaine's Fables for "Voix Haute", a website whose mission is to promote reading as a shared experience through its m@p, short for Moulins à Paroles (Chatterboxes).
The m@p are a collection of digital texts promoting shared reading and following the principle of reconstitution. After you  choose your text from a catalogue, words progressively disappear, you have to remember them and then spell them. Through this reading game and while playing hide an seek with words  you're actually memorizing a text and learning how to read and spell words.
The m@p can be used at  home and in a classroom as a fun way to learn poetry and is a free access to great authors.
Have fun with the m@p and don't hesitate to pass this link around, as a parent and a teacher of French I find the m@p such an  interesting experience.
Here attached some of my drawings for "La cigale et la fourmi "
Best regards
