International singer and entertainer presents her new show, 'PIAF, CHEVALIER, BREL and me!" -

A personal memoir of her personal and professional relationships with the three legends at the

Metropolitan Room on Monday, March 7 @ 7:00 PM; Friday, March 11 @ 7:00 PM; Saturday,

March 12 @ 7:00 PM and a special Sunday matinee, March 13 @ 4:00 PM.

M. Chevalier discovered Ms. Bern while still in her teens and a contestant in a Paris' singing

contest. He was so taken with her performance that he signed her to appear on his radio show and

for his world tour. Later Tonia did two films with M. Chevalier and came to America to play his wife

on a two-part Jack Benny Show.

Jacques Brel saw Tonia in a Paris' nightclub singing one of his songs. After the show, he said to

her, work with me and I will make you the best interpreter of my music. She did and French and

Belgian critics and audiences alike hailed tonia as the premier interpreter of Brel's music.

This will be Tonia Bern-Campbell's first New York appearance in 30 years, she last performed at

the St. Regis and Waldorf Astoria Hotels.
