Need Musette instructor

I will be returning to Paris July 19, and would like someone to show me and my dance partner how to do the French dance Musette.  My partner and I are amateurs, but do all the american and international ballroom dances.  I would very much like to begin doing the Musette there this trip.  I see it all the time at Chalet du Lac, Gare au theatre and Le 79, but need someone to walk us through the steps.  Will pay a fee or walk you through a dance of your choice in return.
