As Rated SR - Socially Relevant Film Festival New York  (www.ratedsrfilms.org) gets closer, and as we expand by welcoming new partners on board such as Dailymotion (www.dailymotion.com), and receiving new submissions from all over the world which will be posted online for votes soon, we want to meet new collaborators in various areas to help us with the logistics.

Contact us if you have time, want to be part of a great adventure and would like to use this as a means of getting into the film industry or adding credits to your resume.

The festival will have screenings in shorts, documentaries and fiction features, where 12 or more films will compete for the Grand Prize, a week-long run of the winning film at the Quad Cinema, with the lucky producer of that film getting 100% of the box office. There will be other prizes as well in the different categories.

We also have a lineup of parties the first one coming up on the 23rd of November, then December, and then during the festival itself... Awards to your favorite films and stars, and many surprises are in store. Check our website www.ratedsrfilms.org to see what we have in store.

Some of the areas (one or more of these) where you an help :

1. Classification, upload and tabulation of film submissions and trailer clips.

2. Social Media promotion and newsletter publishing.

3. Press and general communication coordination.

4. FUNDRAISING - contacting sponsors and selling advertising space (on commission).

5. Media and Industry partner contacts.

6. Helping at the festival during the March run at the Quad Cinema.

7. Translation and interpreting if you speak different languages...

Add credits to your resume and a nice title to work under. This is our first year, and we are not in a position to offer pay, but the FUNDRAISING is commissioned! So if you have the contacts, the know how and the capacity, this could translate into cash.
