FRENCH ACOUSTIC is a professional band from Strasbourg / France, with vocals, piano, bass and drums, playing a repertoire of Chansons Françaises revisited in Bossa Nova, Jazz, Pop or Lounge.

Created few years ago by drummer Jean-Michel Heiby (who has studied at Drummers Collective New York), FRENCH ACOUSTIC, besides playing in France, performs mainly in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Spain, Russia for Festivals, Clubs and also for private events, but had never the chance to perform in NYC !

After a first album "Rouge Baiser / Chilling with Edith Piaf", FRENCH ACOUSTIC presents their new album "Voyage", with a interesting Bossa Nova version of "Un Autre Monde", from the french rock band Telephone, "Comme d'Habitude" from Claude François, in a slow groovy version, but also a Latin version of "Couleur Café" from Serge Gainsbourg and many others.
