Learn French Brooklyn based in Greenpoint, NY near the McCarren Park offers French Immersion classes for French Native Speakers ages 5 to 14 years old. 

The classes separated by age are based on The French Education National Program of CP, CE1, CE2, CM1 and CM2 levels. 

 Sample Objectives:

-Learning to read and maintain language from authentic and varied texts from books.
-Building meaning from youth literature albums

-Build the code through 2 steps:
-Analysis: decomposing words into smaller units (syllables, letters and sounds)
-synthesis: recomposing words (letters, syllables)
-To put in synergy reading, writing and production of writings: one also learns to read while writing
-simultaneously construct the taking of meaning, code and tools of the language,
-build meaning from youth literature,
-to simultaneously build reading and writing production, ( starting in CE1)
-build grammatical spelling in connection with reading and writing,
-put in synergy the skills of the class group.

Classes take place in classrooms at Play Greenpoint 33 Nassau avenue, Brooklyn NY 11222 for children 5 and 6 years old.
