Imagine a summer where your child learns how to bake bread à la française, plays soccer with a counselor from Senegal, can’t stop laughing while playing le chat qui rit, encounters des tigres and des lions at the Bronx Zoo, milks a cow at a petting farm, wishes a new best friend a hearty bon appétit before lunch, decorates a crown fit for a king or queen during Chevaliers de la Table Ronde week, teaches you his or her new favorite song “Aux Champs-Élysées” and puts on a spectacle for all to see how much fun we had!
Welcome to the Bonjour NY summer camp!
Bonjour NY is a FUN French immersion day camp for kids ages 3.5 to 11. Your petits enfants can get their French culture and language fill at our immersion day camp by engaging in all sorts of activities, with a special Francophone twist. Campers are grouped according to their knowledge of the French language : some are beginners and some are fluent. We spend our days participating in games, sports, water activities... The staff is comprised of Francophone and Francophile educators from all over the world. Weekly activities include cooking, rock climbing, swimming, Francophone sports, incredibly creative art activities, French style Glee, Robotics, French film screenings, lots of singing and many more. Trips include visits to castles, petting farms, French bakeries, circus/magic shows, amusement parks, zoo and a variety of other places. What a fun place to spend the summer!!!
