Adventure-seekers and culture vultures alike are invited to enjoy this electrifyingly chic Halloween costume party, revisited with a French twist, co-sponsored by Napoleon Bistro & Lounge and l’Alliance Française de Washington.This event will be full of surprises, give-aways, and avant-garde performances.From 10 p.m. to midnight, caricaturist Martin Hugg will capture guests in their splendid costumes. Hugg is a broadly skilled, imaginative D.C.-based illustrator specializing in caricatures and witty illustrations. Around midnight the magician Rahann will deliver an incredible show with his technical skill and disarming smile which have helped him to become recognized as one of the best platform and close up magicians this area has produced.Throughout the evening, there will also be a screening of Louis Feuillade’s controversial 1915 film, Les Vampires.
