The young Arthur Vlaminck is hired as speechwriter for French Minister of Foreign Affairs Alexandre Taillard de Vorms. Struggling to handle the minister’s overbearing personality, Vlaminck navigates the ever-changing plots of foreign affairs with the minister’s ultra-calm private secretary and a band of quirky counselors by his side.
The French Minister is based on the graphic novel Weapons of Mass Diplomacy by Christophe Blain and Abel Lanzac (a pseudonym of Cultural Counselor to the French Embassy Antonin Baudry).
